At Councilman Harvey's request, the Director of Planning explained that the <br />Public ~tilities Commission would not permit access across the railrea~ tracks, <br />an~ his department w~uld not recvmmend it anyway; that the thirty foot road is <br />contingent upon the Senior Citizens development; that R ~ traffic will be about <br />the same volume as that created by an R 1 development. Mr. Proctor stated that <br />the project woul~ not be undertaken until plans for the access were worked out <br />in the event the Senior Citizens building was not constructed. <br /> <br />~ark E. Sherman, 2014 N.
