There being no further <br />testimony, the hearing was closed. <br /> <br />It was moved By Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Harvey and carried, <br />that the Council approve the reclassification and' instructed the City Attorney <br />to prepare an ordinance according to ~hibit AA <br /> <br />~R~G - Nayor Hall opened the hearing on A~end~ent <br />A~.
