Further, conditions of approval have been <br />incorporated into the project that is intended to address <br />adverse impacts before they occur. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use adversely affect the present economic <br />stability or future economic development of property in the <br />surrounding area? <br /> <br />The proposed cathedral parish, as conditioned, will not <br />create any negative or detrimental impacts on the economic <br />viability of the surrounding area. The use will result in a <br />positive addition to the area and will identify the site as an <br />economically viable area of the City. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and conditions <br />specified in the chapter of the Santa Ana Municipal Code for such <br />use9. <br /> <br />The proposed cathedral parish, as conditioned, will comply <br />with all regulations and conditions specified in the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code pertaining to such a development. <br /> <br />5. Will the proposed use affect the General Plan of the City? <br /> <br />The proposed cathedral parish will not pose any adverse <br />affects on the General Plan designation of Low Density <br />Residential (LR-7). The proposed use is a permitted use in <br />the district subject to approval of a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Santa Ana certified Environmental Impact <br />Report No. 00-01 and approved the mitigation monitoring program and <br />statement of overriding considerations for Armstrong Ranch by resolution <br />at a hearing held this same day. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
