Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Invocation was <br />delivered By the Reverend Bonnie Flint, First Baptist Church° <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF ~TES <br /> <br />On motio~ of Counc~-,~ HuBbar~, <br />seconded By Councilman Schlueter <br />and carried, the Minutes of.the <br />Regular Meeting of October 5, <br />were approved as mailed. <br /> <br />M~yor Hall .opened the hearing on <br />Amenament Application 516 filed By <br />John A. Steele, et al, to amend <br />Sectional District Map 4-5-9 by <br />prezening from the County E 1 to the R ~ district, property on the east side <br />of Tustin Between Santa Clara and Grove~ont. pl--~ing Co~aission Resolution <br />5699 rec~aen~e~ approval of Exhibit AA 516 A. The Clerk reported that n~tice <br />of the hearing was published in the Register on October 3, 196~ an~ that no <br />written c~unications or objections had Been received. <br /> <br />Walter Fr~ae, Secretary-Treasurer of Rinker Development Co~pany, which is <br />purchasing property, read a letter favoring the application frc~ the Orovemont <br />H~eowners Association.
