Enclosed is an invoice for <br />renewal. <br />The renewal of your Technical Support contract entitles you to unlimited toll -free telephone support on <br />all SIGMA IV related matters, upgrades to SIGMA IV, our KIOSK and Job Analysis /WRIPAC <br />programs, on -line documentation, and discounts on training seminars, software modules, options and <br />licensed users. <br />Please sign and return a copy of the ETS Certificate to us along with the Information Update Form. If you <br />do not wish to renew your ETS Program, please notify us within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of <br />this letter. The cost for technical support for those who do not have the ETS program is based upon the <br />time spent assisting you. The cost is four dollars ($4.00) per minute, with a $60.00 minimum charge for <br />the first fifteen minutes. Customers not in the ETS Program will need a P.O. number or verbal purchase <br />order commitment when they call for support. <br />Our objective is to provide you with the best support available.
