In preparing the latter listing, CONTRACTOR shall <br />also indicate the names of the officers, directors, stockholders, or <br />partner(s), as appropriate, and the family relationship which exists between <br />such person(s) and CONTRACTOR's representatives listed, <br /> <br /> 8.3.5 True and correct copies of all agreements with respect to <br />any such real property shall be appended to the affidavit described above and <br />made a part thereof.
