USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY <br /> <br /> 9,1 COUNTY intends to permit CONTRACTOR the rent-free use of office <br /> <br />space, office furniture, and office equipment located in any and all offices <br />and COUNTY facilities at which CONTRACTOR will be c611ocated with COUNTY staff <br />pursuant to this Agreement, as is more particularly set forth in that certain <br />sublease described in Subparagraph 9.2, below, As stated in the sublease, <br />said office space, office furniture, and equipment shall be used solely by <br /> <br />employees of CONTRACTOR while <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 9.2 CONTRACTOR shall <br />ADMINISTRATOR for facilities <br /> <br /> performing their assigned duties pursuant to <br /> <br /> enter into a rent-free sublease with <br />provided by ADMINISTRATOR and will execute all <br /> <br />terms and conditions of said agreement upon ADMINISTRATOR's presentation of <br />said document to CONTRACTOR, Failure to execute the sublease will result in a <br />breach of this Agreement. <br /> <br />10. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY - AFFIRMATIVE ACTION - NONDISCRIMINATION <br /> <br /> 10~1 CONTRACTOR shall comply with Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights <br />Act of 1964, as amended; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as <br />amended; the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended: the Food Stamp Act of <br />1977, as amended, and in particular Section 272,6; Title II of the Americans <br />with Disabilities Act of 1990; California Civil Code Section 51 et <br /> <br /> seq., as <br />amended; California Government Code Sections 11135-11139.5, as amended: <br />California Government Code Section 12940 (c), (h) (1), (i), and (j); <br />California Government Code Section 4450; Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations Sections 98000-98413, the Dymally-Allatorre Bilingual Services <br /> <br />Act; Section 1808 Removal of Barriers to Inter Ethnic Adoption Act of 1996 and <br />other applicable Federal and State laws, as well as their implementing <br /> <br />(WSH0403) 13 of 37 <br /> <br /> <br />
