CONTRACTOR shall require each employee. <br /> volunteer, consultant or agent to sign a statement acknowledging the reporting <br /> requirements as defined in Section 11166 of the California Penal Code and will <br /> comply with the provisions of the code section as it now exists or as it may <br /> hereafter be amended. <br /> <br />27. CONFIDENTIALITY <br /> <br /> 27.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to maintain the confidentiality of its records <br /> <br />pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code Sections 10850-10853, the CDSS <br />Manual of Policies and Procedures. Division 19-000, and all other provisions <br />of law. and regulations promulgated thereunder relating to privacy and <br />confidentiality, as each may now exist or be hereafter amended. <br /> <br /> All records and information concerning any and all persons <br />referred to CONTRACTOR by COUNTY or COUNTY's designee shall be considered and <br />kept confidential by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR's staff, agents, employees and <br />volunteers. CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, <br />subcontractors and volunteer staff who may provide services for CONTRACTOR to <br />sign an agreement with CONTRACTOR before commencing the provision of any <br />services under this Agreement. to maintain the confidentiality of any and all <br />materials and information with which they may come into contact, or the <br /> <br />(WSH0403) 31 of 37 <br /> <br /> <br />
