PE~Y CASH <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR is authorized to establish a petty cash fund in an amount not <br /> <br />to exceed two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00). <br /> <br />31. PUBLICITY <br /> <br /> Information and solicitations, prepared and <br /> <br />concerning the services provided <br />program, wholly or in part, is <br />government funds <br /> <br />32. COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br /> released by CONTRACTOR, <br />under this Agreem6nt. shall state that the <br /> <br /> funded through COUNTY, State and Federal <br /> <br /> ADMINISTRATOR will provide consultation and technical assistance, and <br />will monitor performance of CONTRACTOR in meeting the terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br />33. REPORTS <br /> <br /> CONTRACTOR shall maintain records and submit reports containing such <br /> <br />data and information regarding the performance of CONTRACTOR's services, costs <br />or other data relating to this Agreement as may be requested by ADMINISTRATOR. <br />upon a form approved by ADMINISTRATOR. ADMINISTRATOR may modify the <br />provisions of this paragraph upon written notice to CONTRACTOR. <br /> <br />34. ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS <br /> <br /> CONTRACTOR shall comply with such mandatory standards and policies <br /> <br />relating to energy efficiency as particularized in the State Energy <br /> <br />Conservation Plan, (Title 24, California Code of Regulations), as required by <br />the U.S. Energy Policy and Conservation Act (P.L. 94-163) as each may now <br />exist or be hereafter amended. <br /> <br />35. CERTIFICATION AND DISCLOSURE REGARDING PAYMENTS TO INFLUENCE <br /> <br /> CERTAIN FEDERAL TRANSACTIONS <br /> <br /> CONTRACTOR shall be in compliance with Section 319 of Public Law 101-121 <br />pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 1352 and the guidelines with respect to those provisions <br />set down by the Federal Office of Management and Budget and published in the <br /> <br />(WSH0403) 33 of 37 <br /> <br /> <br />
