WORKLOAD STANDARDS <br /> <br /> 2.1 CONTRACTOR's workload goals with <br /> <br />Agreement are as follows: <br /> <br /> 2.1,1 Each One-Stop Case Manager shall <br />of forty (40) Community Service participants. <br /> <br /> 2.2 CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR may agree <br />workload goals as set forth in this Paragraph, <br />3. SERVICES <br /> <br />3.1.1.1 <br />3.1.1.2 <br />3.1.1.3 <br />3.1.1.4 <br /> <br />respect to <br /> <br />Exhibit A to this <br /> <br />carry a maximum caseload <br /> <br />in writing to modify <br /> <br /> 3.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide WTW participants with Community Service <br />activities necessary to remove barriers to subsequent employment. These <br />activities will be provided to participants referred by COUNTY by the Santa <br />Ana Workforce Investment Board (WIB), a division of CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR <br />shall cooperate with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) on <br />the implementation of Community Service activities to the mutual satisfaction <br />of COUNTY and CDSS, and with any and all future requirements established by <br />CDSS relating to calculation of required Community Service participation hours <br />for each participant. Removal of barriers to employment shall be accomplished <br />by a variety of methods, including but not limited to the following: <br /> <br /> 3,1,1 Working with participants, MDT and educational providers <br />to develop job training and employment related interpersonal skills in one of <br />the following areas identified as growth oriented; meeting an unmet community <br />need; and in high demand for new employees: <br /> <br /> Automation Technician (Data Entry) <br /> <br /> Certified Nurse Assistant <br /> <br /> Child Care Provider (Day Care Center) <br /> <br />Clerical <br />3.1.1.4.1 <br />3.1.1.4.2 <br /> <br />General Clerical <br /> <br />Health Services Clerical <br /> <br />(WSH0403) 2 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
