In formulating that plan. <br />CONTRACTOR shall take into account the participant's Welfare-To-Work Plan. <br />COUNTY WTW staff will retain sole responsibility for final development and <br />approval of the participant's Community Service Plan. <br /> <br /> 3.2 COUNTY shall retain any and all rights to require preapproval by <br />ADMINISTRATOR and/or limit any and all services provided by CONTRACTOR. <br />Services shall be provided in accordance with ADMINISTRATOR's policies and <br />procedures and other instructions provided by ADMINIST~TOR. <br /> <br /> 3.3 ADMINISTRATOR may. in its sole discretion, change the services <br />required under Paragraph 3 to ensure full compliance with all requirements if <br />the State of California Department of Social Services requires subsequent <br />changes to the County of Orange Community Service Plan. changes to Community <br />Service requirements under the Welfare and Institutions Code, CDSS Regulations <br />or Manual of Policies and Procedures. <br /> <br />4. OTHER REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> 4.1 Welfare Fraud: <br /> <br /> If welfare eligibility of Supportive Services payment fraud is <br /> <br />suspected of the participant.
