C. L. Burnett, 4118 W. 5th~ asked if the Boundaries could Be moved up to include <br />only 160 feet of his property which is 235 feet deep so he would not have to pay <br />extra assessment and have lines going across private property in the event he <br />sells the front portion. The Director of Public Works stated the method of <br />assessment had not yet been determined but normally was on a front foot Basis <br />if lots are equal. ~r. Hamilton advised Mr. Burnett that if his property can <br />Be drained into this sewer by gravity, it must Be included in the district to <br />that depth.
