RFP 01-042 <br /> <br />5.0 <br /> <br />CRITERIA FOR SELECTION <br /> <br />5.1 <br /> <br />A committee of City staff members including representatives of the <br />Finance and Fire Departments and the City Attorneys Office will evaluate <br />proposals.
