The <br />Clerk reported that notice of the hearing was mailed to property owners within <br />300 feet and evidence thereof was on file with the Clerk, and that no written <br />communications or objections had Been received. <br /> <br />Ha~-~-~ Tancredi, 110~ E. 17th, stated that a new plan ha~ Been filed with the <br />pi:arming Department, which he felt would be more satisfactory to neighboring <br />residents, an~ requested that the matter Be returned to the Planning <br />Commission.
