There being no further testimony, the hearing was closed. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Counc~lm-~ Schlueter and carrie~, Council referred A~peal 1~9 ~ack to the Planning C~ssiou for consideration EEAR~NG - APPEAL 150 Mayor Hall opened the hearing on Appeal TANCRk~II 150 filed by Harry Tancredi fr~ the Planning C~---~ssion's denial of Variance Application 2013 filed By Clara Vose to construct 2~ apartment units in the R 1 district at 2611 N. Bristol. The Clerk reported that notice of the hearing was mailed to property owners within 300 feet and evidence thereof was on file with the Clerk, and that no written communications or objections had Been received. Ha~-~-~ Tancredi, 110~ E. 17th, stated that a new plan ha~ Been filed with the pi:arming Department, which he felt would be more satisfactory to neighboring residents, an~ requested that the matter Be returned to the Planning Commission. Xenneth Williams, representing over a hundre~ property owners, stated that there would he no objection to the referral. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, secou~e~ by Councilman Schlueter an~ carried, Council referre~ the appeal Back to the Pl~lng Commission for consideration of new ORD.
