PROPOSAL TO CITY Ob' SANTA ANA PAGE 22 <br />AMENDMENT TO BRIDGE RETROFIT CONTRA CT <br />SEISMIC RETROFIT STRATEGY <br /> <br />based on separate addendum or a time and materials basis subject to Client approval. This task <br />does not include the permit filing fee, typically $2,250. <br /> <br />Task 2.6: Resource Agency Permit Processing <br /> <br />Provide regulatory services for the processing of the permits to the Army Corps of Engineers, the <br />California Department ofFish and Game, and the Regional Water Quality Control Board. The <br />processing shall include required correspondence or telephone calls between the reviewing staff <br />related to the permit or points of clarification. <br /> <br />TASK 3.0: GRAPHICS AND REPRODUCTION <br /> <br />Each document will include a maximum of four (4) exhibits to enhance the written text and <br />clarify the Project and potential impacts. Exhibits are anticipated to include: Regional Vicinity <br />Map, Site Vicinity Map, Site Plans (or aerial), site photographs, and Jurisdictional Exhibits. <br /> <br />TASK 4.0: FINAL TECHNICAL REPORTS <br /> <br />RBF will respond to one (1) comprehensive set of comments on the Draft documents. The <br />revised Draft Reports will incorporate all comments received on the Draft documents. RBF will <br />provide three (3) copies of each Final Technical Report (separately bound) to the client. <br />Additional copies beyond this specified number shall be subject to compensation based upon a <br />mutually agreed upon time and materials basis for the cost of reproducing the necessary copies. <br /> <br />TASK 5.0: PROJECT COORDINATION AND MEETING ATTENDANCE <br /> <br />Mr. Bruce R. Grove Jr., REA will be responsible for management and supervision of the <br />technical studies as well as consultation with the City. Mr. Grove will undertake consultation and <br />coordination of the Environmental Review for compliance with future CEQA and NEPA <br />requirements, including the necessary coordination with the resource agencies. This task includes <br />attendance at up to six (6) meetings. Should additional meetings be required, an addendum will <br />be provided to the City for approval. <br /> <br />FEE PROPOSAL <br /> <br />A Detailed fee proposal is attached herein. The proposal assumes the scope of services as <br />described herein, as well as the scope to be furnished by the named subconsultant. Rates used in <br />calculating the proposed fee are based on the 2003 rates. <br /> <br />Page 9 of 22 <br /> <br /> <br />
