It is assumed that only <br />one field meeting will be conducted and that all four bridges will be visited the same <br />day. This meeting will facilitate the processing of the permits by allowing the <br />resource agencies to comment on the proposed project prior to submitting the <br />applications. <br /> <br />Task 2.3: Army Corps of Engineers 404 Permit Application <br /> <br />Prepare submittal package for an Army Corps of Engineers 404 Permit to satisfy the <br />requirements of Section 404 of the Clean WaterAct. ~tJs assumed that, based upon <br />conceptual project plans, the proposed activities can be permitted under Nationwide <br />Permit No. 25, SZructuralDischarges. The submittal package will include: (a) 404 <br />permit application, (b) vicinity map, (c) project description, (d) jurisdictional <br />delineation map, and (e) site photos, It is anticipated that it will take two (2) to four <br />(4) months to process this application. This t~me frame is dependent on issuance of <br />a water quality certification waiver by the Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> <br />Task 2.4: California Department of Fish and Game 1600 Pen-nit Application <br /> <br />RBF will prepare an application submittal package for tile CDFG 1600 Agreement for <br />Streambed Alteration (also known as a Straambed Alternation Agreement). The <br />submittal package will include: (a) Form FG 2023, (b) vicinity map, (c) project <br />description, (d) jurlsdictional delineation map, and (e)site photos. ThJstask does not <br />include the permit filing fee, which can range up to $1,3g0.50 depending on the <br />construction cost of the proposed project. <br /> <br />Task2.5: <br /> <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board Section 401 Water Quality <br />Certification <br /> <br />RBF will prepare a submittal to secure waiver from the State requirement for Section <br />401 of the Clean WaterAct certification. This certification is necessary pdor to the <br />ACOE concurring with discharges of fill material under their permit process. This <br />work item anticipates a waiver being granted bythe Regional Board. ifthe Regional <br />Board escalates the permit requirement to the State Board for actual certification, <br />Client shall be notified and additional work shall continue based on separate <br />addendum or a time and materials basis subject to Client approval This task does <br />not include the permit filing fee, typically $2,250. <br /> <br />Task 2.6: Resource Agency Permit Processing <br /> <br />Provide regulatory services for the processing of the permits to the Army Corps of <br />Engineers, the California Department of Fish and Game, and the Regional Water <br />Quality Control Board, The processing shall include required correspondence or <br />telephone ceils between the reviewing staff related to the permit or poinls of <br />clarification. <br /> <br />GRAPHICS AND REPRODUCTION <br /> <br />Each document will include a maximum of four (4) exhibits to enhance the written <br />text and clarify the Project and potential impacts.
