Roll call was answered by Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Harry H. Harvey, James Gilmore, Henry H. Schlueter, and Mayor A. Allen Ball. Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Invocatic~ was delivered by the Reveren~ Gerald Bash, First Christian Church. APPI~VAL OF MINUTES On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, C~ncil approved as mailed the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 18, 1965. COP~ECTIONS TS, I~I~YFES 196~ to add the following: On motion of Councilm-~ HubBard, seconded By Councilman Schlueter and carried, Council ordered corrected the Minutes of December 21, RESOLUTION 6~-204 REQUESTING THE C0~mT[ OF ORANGE TO INCLUDE WITHIN Tam AI~ERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM 'ram D,.~LOPME~T OF CERTAIN ST~,.~$ was reaal by title. It was moved by Councl~-~n Hubbard, seconded hy Councilman Harvey that further reading be waived and Resolution 6~-20~ be' a~opte~0 On roll call vote: AYES, C0~NCILMEN: Hubbard, Harvey, Gilmore, Schlueter, Ball NOES, COUNCiL~: None AB~T, COUNCILMEN: None On motion of Councilm-- Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, Council ordered correction of Minutes of january ~, 19~5, page 1~8, as follows: Chan6e last two paragraphs under item "Assessment District 221" to read as follows: "The City Manager asked that, in order to return the project to the original intent, the City paY for off site sewer to the amount of $2~256.03, smch amount bein6 in addition to the ~resently proposed Cit[ contribution of Mr. Hamilton stated the C~uncil can make contributions in any amount against the project as a whole. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Harvey amd carried, Council instructed Mr. Hamilton to prepare a resolution authorizing payment of an additional $2,256.03 for off site sewer, being a contribution against the project as a whole?- BID AW~D - On motion of Councilman Hubbard, WAT~2~ PIPE seconded by Co,Auci~m~- Schlueter and carried, Council ordered filed a report of bids received for water transmission pipe for Tract 4951, Spec. ~81-29; approved award of the contract to Certaia-Teed Products Corporation at unit prices; and rejected all other bids.
