<br />Fenton E. ~ones, Special Counsel for the City, stated that the parcels already
<br />connected to the Garden Grove Sanitary District would receive no benefit frc~
<br />this district and probably should be eliminated. The Director of PUblic Works~
<br />l~onald Wolford, stated that laterals not actually constructed were charged to
<br />Assessments No° 27~ and ~9~ and recc~maended each be reduced by $165.00.
