Review current <br />guidelines and application materials and create grant request with highest <br />likelihood of success as appropriate. Assemble supporting materials as required. <br />Respond to reviewer questions as needed. <br />City Council Workshop: Educating elected officials on the program requirements, <br />opportunities and limitations is key to project selection and client prioritization for <br />competitive programs. Staff will develop materials and/or conduct study <br />session(s) as directed. <br />Miscellaneous Support Services <br />Urban Crossroads has a wide range of services available to support and <br />supplement local agency efforts. These include development fee assessment, <br />traffic impact analysis, travel demand modeling, circulation planning, transit <br />planning, noise studies and complete GIS services. <br />Scope of Services <br />Project complexity, local standards and available resources affect the size and <br />scope of a project. Urban Crossroads .would be pleased to develop aneeds- <br />based scope of work for individual tasks not detailed elsewhere in this document. <br />Contract Agreements <br />Urban Crossroads is available on a fixed-fee contract basis or as an on-call <br />consultant. Although most tasks will be performed by staff at an Associate level, <br />engineering and/or administrative assistance is available as needed and agreed <br />upon prior to commencement of work effort. Please refer to the attached billing <br />rate structure. <br />
