City of Santa Ana RFP for Traffic Counting Services, PROJECT 5512 <br />STAFFING AND PROJECT ORGANIZATION <br />KEY PERSONNEL <br />Key personnel will be available and dedicated for the duration of the project, to perform all <br />required tasks and meet CITY program objectives. All SCC personnel have worked together <br />previously and successfully completed large traffic data collection projects for public sector <br />clients. ALL SCC personnel have worked successfully with the Santa Ana staff on previous <br />projects and look forward to providing you with the highest level of professional consulting <br />services. Abbreviated resumes of key project staff are presented in the paragraphs below. <br />Steve Souter, Vice President of Operations, will serve as Project Manager for this project. <br />He has 16 years of extensive technical and managerial experience in traffic data collection. He <br />has served as project manager for numerous large data collection efforts on past SCC projects. <br />Recent relevant major projects include citywide traffic data collection for: Santa Ana, Santa Ana, <br />Santa Clarita, Sata Ana, San Jose, Pomona, and La Mesa. Mr. Boater's familiarity with the <br />Santa Ana personnel and procedures, and the study locations make him uniquely suited to work <br />with the CITY Project Manager to ensure. a smooth and successful completion of this project. <br />Bob Bowen will serve as the ITM Field Manager. Mr. Bowen is our senior Field Manager and <br />has over 10 years of extensive technical experience in traffic data collection and field <br />management experience with BCC. <br />Darren Moreland will serve as the ADT Field Manager and has over 6 years experience <br />collecting and supervising ADT collection efforts. <br />Data Collectors <br />Number of data collectors TBD based on final agreed to data collection requirements. <br />No part timers or temps will be used. <br />Full time personnel with 3 - 30 years' .experience will be used for this job. <br />The SCC management /organization structure is shown below: <br />3o May 2003 Southland Car Counters <br />io <br />
