The Mayor asked Mr. Howard to inform Mr. Dyes he would be welccme at <br />any Council meeting, the first and third Mondays of each month. <br /> <br />EDINGER ST. CONST. The Public Works Director reported <br /> he has not worked with Mater Dei <br /> High School regarding Baker traffic <br /> because of snmmertime; that some <br />No Parking zones have been created to provide better vision; and that <br />no further communication has been had with the protestants in the area. <br /> <br />FOP~ & SYST~B The City Manager stated his written <br /> report would not be ready until the <br /> next meeting but that in it he <br /> would recommend a study (preliminary) <br />by Inframatics, Inc. to estimate the amount of information processes <br />and procedures that are adaptable for computer systems and whether or <br />not we are type of agency to go into comprehensive study. STUDY <br /> <br />frc~ the evening agenda. <br /> <br />Mrs. Janice Boer, 912 N.~Lowell, <br />r~quested that her invoice for <br />services rendered for investigating <br />the Harbor District be removed <br /> <br />Mrs. Boer informed Council of an ordinance before the Orange County <br />Board of Supervisors called the Harbor and Beach Ordinance, which <br />would give the Harbor District the right to control every structure <br />built over in or on the water.
