Wm. Owen, <br />2016 W. 15th, calling attention to the fact that all owners of property <br />within 300 feet had not been notified and requestiD~ an opinion frc~ the <br />City Attorney. Om motion of C~uncilma~ McMichael, seceded by Council~mn <br />Burk amd carried, Council ordered the letters filed. <br /> <br />The City Attorney stated that apparently the original application did mot <br />contain all of the names which were legally required to be notified; that <br />the Council could not be attacked in C~urt for referral back to the Planning <br />C~mmissiQn. Mrs. Wm.
