<br />2016 W. 15th, calling attention to the fact that all owners of property
<br />within 300 feet had not been notified and requestiD~ an opinion frc~ the

<br />The City Attorney stated that apparently the original application did mot
<br />contain all of the names which were legally required to be notified; that
<br />the Council could not be attacked in C~urt for referral back to the Planning
<br />C~mmissiQn. Mrs. Wm. Owen, 2016 W. 15th, suggested that since notification
<br />was ii,proper, the proceedimgs should be declared null and void.

<br />Om motion of Councilman Brooks, seconded by Counci]~- Gilmore and, carried,
<br />Council referred the matter back to the Plsaning Commission with the under-
<br />standing that the applicant reapply at no additional cost.

<br />RES. 65-1~3 abandonment of a l~-foot alley between
<br /> Main and Cypress, south of Bishop.
<br /> The Clerk reported that notice of
<br />the hearing had been published and posted as required by law with evidence
<br />thereof ~n file, and that no written com~4unications had been received.
<br />There being no response to the Mayor's call for testimony, the hearing was
<br />closed.
