It was moved by Councilman Brooks, seconded hy Councilman Herrin and carried, that the Council overrule the Planning Co~mission and instruct the City Attorney to prepare a resolution allowing the building to remain standing and used for storage only during the length of this variance; to close the rear door and make access only from the alley and modiI~y Conditions 6 and ll to allow use of the building as indicated.
