Newhope <br />and 1229 S. Earen. The Clerk reported notice of the hearing mailed to <br />adjacent property owners on 1/2~/67, with certificate on file, and no <br />co~au~icat ions received. <br /> <br />The Pi~-~-E Director stated he was net appealing the C~ission's decision, <br />but hoped for a u~iform policy on convenience markets in residential neighbor- <br />hoods. He asked the Council to stay the action until the C~w~ssion and <br />Coumcil can determine from the Convenience Market Study whether or not they <br />will be all~wed in Samta Ann, amd if so, under what comditiens, or to bring <br />the conditions of t~ts application into accord with the last tw~ approvals <br />of convenience markets.
