PARCEL MAP 491 Letter fr~a DL~son W. Tmbbs, request- <br /> ing waiver of Con, itt°n ~C requiring <br /> sidewal~= on Tustin south of 4th and <br />the condition requiring street lights to City standard on Parcel Map 491, was <br />presented. Mr. Tubbs explained at the time of consideration of the Parcel Map, <br />he was in the hospital and was not represented at the meeting. Council discussed <br />subcLivision requirements set ~ut in the )~unicipal Code, for which waiver is not <br />provided. Councilman B~rk objected to the sidewalk requirement inasmuch as there <br />is attractive landscaping there. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilm~ ~rooks~ seconded by C~ucilman Nerrin an~ carried, the <br />request was denied° On roll call vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Gilaore~ ~rooks, Nerrin~ Narkel, McMichael, Harvey <br /> <br />NOES: Councilman Burk <br /> <br />Rm~S~ T~. T~ACT 6291 On motion of Councilman McMlchael, <br /> seconded by Counc~l=~- Burk and <br /> carried, the Revised Tentative Tract <br />Map 6291 filed by Santiago Development Co., creating 10~6 lots north of Sun- <br />flower an~ west of Main was approved subject to conditions in the Planning <br />Director's report dated February 1~, 1~67, amd alley requirement was waived. <br /> <br />SOLICITATI~ APPLICATIONS 0~ motion, of Councilma~ Gilmore~ <br /> seconded by Councilma- Brooks and <br /> carried, the following solicitation <br />applications were approved in accor~-~ce with the Municipal Co~e limitations <br />of 60 days: <br /> <br />American Cancer Society, begt-nt~g April 3; <br /> <br />Cavalry United Association bez~-*-E Narch 15~ <br /> <br />City of Nope, June ~ - 11. <br /> <br />~==,, ABATEMENT On notion of Councilma~ Gilmore, <br /> seconded by Councilm-- BrOOkS <br /> carrie~, C~Aucil approved the request <br />for authority to reimburse $B0.55 to Naria Perez, 2~19 Hallada~ Street, for <br />1~66 Weed Abatement Assessment charged in error. <br /> <br />REI~E~URS~£ On motion of Councilman Gilmore~ <br /> seconded by Councilman Brooks and <br /> carried, the request for authoriza- <br />tion to reimburse the following was approved: <br /> <br />Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, $1,279.00 for i~prove~ents <br />co~strmcted at 4110 Nazar~ Ave. in exchange for dedication <br />of ultimate street right of way~ <br />Earbor Service Station, Inc., $2,2~8.$0 for improvements <br />constructed at 1~ corner of MrFad~len an~ Newhope in exchange <br />for dedication of ultimate street right of way; <br /> <br />Cl~'~ C~'~CIL -1~2- February 20, 1967 <br /> <br /> <br />
