The Club employs 10 additional high school students <br />on a year-round basis to assist with programs. <br /> <br />In addition, Boys & Girls Clubs of America provides our staff with regional and <br />national training and program curriculum development. Finally, program staff <br />will administer customer surveys in order to assess levels of participant <br />satisfaction and knowledge. <br /> <br />Program Description (please see attachment B for brief description) <br />Describe the overall services that will be made available to the WlA <br />participant? <br /> <br />In addition to the Career Prep program, WIA participants will have the <br />opportunity to engage in all other age appropriate services offered at the Club. <br />Participants will be made aware of employment and educational services <br />available at the Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center and other WlA providers. <br /> <br />Illustrate how the organization will interface with the Santa Ana W/O/R/K <br />Center and how the participant flow will occur and how parent involvement <br />will be incorporated. <br /> <br />The Boys and Girls Club of Santa Ana will continue its collaborative relationship <br />with the Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center. After Santa Aha W/O/R/K Center staff has <br />approved participant eligibility, the Career Prep staffwill begin providing services <br />to that youth. Within the second week of services, participants will be <br />transported to the Santa Ana W/O/PJK Center to receive a facility tour and to be <br />introduced to the W/O/PJK Center Case Manager assigned to them.
