TENT. TRACT NAP 6374 Tentative Tract Map No. 6374 filed by <br /> Security Fore Corporation, creating <br /> twenty lots south of Santa Clara and <br />west of Wright was approved subject to conditions in Planning Director's <br />report dated April 12~ 1967, on motion of Councllm~n Markel, seconded by <br />Councilman Griset and carried. <br /> <br />RESIGNATION On motion of Councilman Brooks, seconded <br /> by Councilman Markel and carried, the <br /> resignation of Councilmmn Davis Burk <br />effective April 30, 1~67, was accepted with regret and an expression of <br />appreciation was ordered prepared. <br /> <br />BOND RELEASE Acting upon the Public Works Director's <br />TRACT 4968 report of satisfactory campletion of <br /> improvements in Tract 4968, Concord <br />Street and Santa Clara Avenue, the Council, on motion of Councilman Markel, <br />seconded by Councilman Burk and carried, authorized release of bonds. <br /> <br />WEE~ABAT~ENTREIMBURSEMENT On motion of Council~n Markel, seconded <br /> by Councilman Griset and carried, Council <br /> approved the request for authority to <br />reimburse the following for 1966 Weed Abatement Assessments charged in error: <br /> <br />$85.97 to Larry C. Jordan, <br />$81.25 to James M. Pepper, <br />$45.08 to Noward M. Daely, <br /> <br />2101 West 7th Street; <br />2402 North Oakmont; <br />2330 West 1st Street. <br /> <br />COUNCII/4AN BURK Councilman Burk expressed appreciation <br /> to the staff and members of the Council <br /> for their spirit of cooperation, open <br />mindedness, general concern for the welfare of the City as a whole, and all <br />the other forms of cooperation he has received since being a member of the <br />Council.
