Planning Commission Resolution 5803 recc~aended approval. <br />The Clerk reported notice of hearing published in The Register April 1, <br />with affidavit on file, an~ no communications received. Fuller from the Police <br />Chief's denial of per, it to operate a taxicab; at that time the ~atter was <br />referred to the staff for further report. <br /> <br />After hearing the City ;~anager report that as of April 1~, the State Division <br />of Drivers Licenses in Sacramento stated and confirmed that Mr. Fuller's <br />driver's license is still suspended, the appeal was denied, on action of <br />Councilman Markel, seconded by Councilman Thurman and carried. <br /> <br />DO(~-TO-DO~R SOLICITING 0~'~ The City Attorney presented two drafts <br /> of proposed ordinance regard/ng door- <br /> to-door solicit~-~=.
