Mr~ Lafer~ answering <br />a Council question, stated that LP zoning allows hospi~ais~ clinics, and <br />professional offices~ and no other uses~ and tha~ a zone change ca,not be <br />conditioned° <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Brooks~ seccnded by Councilman Oriset~ the City <br />Council overruled the decision of the Plar~ning Commission~ approved Amend- <br />ment Application 604~ and instructed the City Attorney to prepare an amend- <br />ing orginance.
