Mr~ Lafer~ answering a Council question, stated that LP zoning allows hospi~ais~ clinics, and professional offices~ and no other uses~ and tha~ a zone change ca,not be conditioned° On motion of Councilman Brooks~ seccnded by Councilman Oriset~ the City Council overruled the decision of the Plar~ning Commission~ approved Amend- ment Application 604~ and instructed the City Attorney to prepare an amend- ing orginance. The Clerk reported notice of hearing pub- lished in The Register June 17~ with affidavit on file~ and no communications received~ There being no response to call for testimony~ the hearing was closed.
