Eo RaiLroad, was approved. <br /> <br />TE~To TRACT 3461 c~ ~ On motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded <br /> by Councilman Brooks and carried, Council <br /> approved request from Anacal Engineering <br />Company for one year extension of time on Tentative Tract No. 3461, 216 lots <br />on Edinger east of Maple. <br /> <br />FINAL MAP - TRACT 6376 ~2~! ~ ' Acting on the recommendation of the <br /> Director of Public Works, on motion <br /> of Councilman Thurman, seconded by <br />Councilman Herrin and carried, the Council approved Final Map 6376 filed <br />by Santiago Development Company creating 53 lots west of Main Street a~i <br />north of Sunflower, accepted the dedications thereon, and authorized <br />execution of subdivision agreement. <br /> <br />P. M. 515 - BEACH A~) GRISSOM Clarence Hall, civil engineer representing <br />S. W. CORNER GRAND AND 17th Joh~ Pouk amd Rex Grissom, objected to <br /> condition requiring dedication of property <br />outside the boundaries of the lot on which development is proposed; objected <br />to dedication and payment of the fees on property outside the boundaries; <br />&ud objected to requirement for reconstruction of a building which does not be- <br />long to his client. A l~ngt~y discussion ensued regarding the subdiviSion of <br />land and imposition of conditions. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Brooks, seconded by Councilman Herrim, that Parcel <br />Map 515 be approved subject to conditions described in the Planning Director's <br />report dated July 12, 1967, with the exception that dedication not be required <br />for the property occupied by Mobil Oil Company and with the added conditio~ <br />that all existing structures be made to comply with the Uniform Building Code <br />prior to release of utilities om amy building permit on any parcel. M. 523 - MARKEL Parcel Map 523 filed by Albert C.
