VARIANCE AND CONDitIONAL On motion of Counc~lmsnThurman, seconded <br />USE PERMITS by Councilman Herrin and carried, Council <br /> ordered filed findings and decisions by <br />the Zoning Administrator or Planning Cc~ission on the following applications <br />where no appeal has been filed: <br /> <br />VA 67-45, CINDERELLA REAL ESTATE, INC. - construct 267 unit apartment complex <br />and day nursery at 1900-2000 N. Tustin in A l, C 5 and R I B Districts - DENIED; <br />VA 67-56, TARDIFF - construct a single family dwelling that encroaches into <br />required front yard and side yards at 2324 N. Concord in A i District - APPROVED; <br />VA 67-57, DILLMAN - construct dental office building at 813-819 W. Washington in <br />R 3 District - APPROVED; <br />CUP 67-4, BEREAN BAPTIST CHURCH - construct church and related facilities at <br />2840 N. Cambridge in A i District - APPROVED; <br />CUP 67-6, CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS - construct church (300 <br />seats) at 2500 N. Bristol in R i District - APPROVED; <br />CUP 67-8, MEYER PETERS, INC. - construct assembly and distribution center for <br />sale of artificial flowers at 3615 Wo Warner in M i District ~ APPROVED. <br /> <br />SURPLUS PROPERTY REPORT 16-67 On motion of Councilman ~rooks, seconded <br /> by Councilman Herrin and carried, the <br /> City Council ordered filed report 16-67 <br />regarding 3,055 square foot parcel at 1219 West 1st Street; declared the <br />property surplus, of value only to adjacent o~rner because of size and shape; <br />and authorized sale by direct negotiation to adjoining o~mer. <br /> <br />SURPLUS PROPERTY REPORT 17-67 On motion of Councilman Brooks, seconded <br /> by Councilman Herrin and carried, Council <br /> ordered filed report 17-67 regarding <br />3,280 square foot parcel at 1215 West lst; declared the property surplus, of <br />value only to adjacent owner because of size and shape; and authorized sale <br />by direct negotiation to adjoining owner. <br /> <br />RES. 67-144 - PBOPEI~TY EXCHANGE RESOIYJTION 67-144 AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE <br />HEMINGWAY OF PROPERTIES BETWEEN THE CITY AND W. H~24INGWAY ON ~ NORTH SIDE <br />OF FIRST STREET~ WEST OF BAKER STREET~ WITH CASH CONSIDERATION was introduced <br />by title. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Brooks, seconded by Councilman Herrin, that the <br />resolution be adopted, waiving further reading.
