SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION On motion of Councilman Brooks, seconded <br /> by Councilman Herrin and carried, the <br /> agreement with Voit Rubber Corporation <br />for installation of sidewalks on N~rbor and Sunflower in accordance with <br />VA 67-81, was authorized and approved, subject to the following phrase being <br />added to Paragraph i - "or at the termination of five years, whiche~ver event <br />first occurs." <br /> <br />FOUNTAIN VALLEY AIRPORT Letter from Federal Aviation Administration <br /> regarding proposed airport on the west side <br /> of Santa Aha River, between Warner and <br />Talbert~ was presented for consideration. On motion of Councilman Griset, <br />seconded by Councilman Carlson and carried~ the staff was authorized to <br />contact F~AoAo for extension of time to make a study of the proposal.
