Appriss as <br />a part of the annual service fee will maintain this equipment for the duration of this contract. <br />Appriss will also be responsible for the telephone lines that are used to transmit the data to <br />Appriss Communication Center, callers dial into, notification calls are placed on, and for <br />troubleshooting of VINE Gateway. Appriss will provide the customer access to the offender <br />and case data transmitted to Appriss Communication Center via the Internet. The VINE engineers will work with the <br />agency to define the data formats and data elements that are necessary for notification. The <br />customer will provide the programming necessary to collect the offender data and send it to <br />the VINE Gateway/Interface PC and Appriss will develop the necessary software to collect <br />this information ftom the Gateway/Interface PC, and then transmit it back to the Appriss <br />Communications Center. In the later case the agency's qualified staff will be required to <br />assist in the development of the software interface by providing the necessary access to the <br />customer's computer system to collect the required data and place it in a transaction file.
