PARCEL MAP 549 Filed by Aldor Investment creating two <br /> parcels on northwest corner of Fairhaven <br /> and Glassell, was approved subject to <br />conditionsJimreport dated April 29, 1968, and alley waived, on motion of <br />Councilman Brooks, seconded by Councilman Herrin and carried. <br /> <br />FINAL MAP, TRACT 64S3 Eiled by Santiago Development Company, <br /> creating. 49 lots west of Main' and north <br /> of Sunflower, was approved, dedications <br />thereon accepted, and execution of subdivision agr&ement authorized, on motion <br />of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Griset and carried. <br /> <br /> SURPLUS BUILDINGS It wes moved,by CounciLman Brooks, seconded <br /> by Councilma~ Carlson that Council declare <br /> surplus and authorize demolition of <br />buildings described in Report 7-68, regarding one-story commercial building <br />at 101and 103 N. Main and 105 and 107 E. First; and Report 8-68 regarding <br />service station building at 102 N. Broadway. On roll call vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Herrin, Brooks, Carlson, Griset, Thurm, D, McMichael <br />NOES: Markel <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />BRISTOL STR~r ACCESS Council heard a report on request from <br />(VAR. 1845 & 67-116) John A. Harvey, attorney for the Leonard <br /> Trust, that the City allow an additional <br />point of access frem Bristol north, of Memory Lane. The report recommended <br />widening of the southerly driveway for Joint use with adjoining property, w£th <br />which Mr. Harvey concurred. <br /> <br />After considerable discussion with Mr. Harvey and the Public Works Director <br />about the traffic situation on Bristol and traffic patterns within development, <br />it was the decision of Council, on motion of Councilman Brooks, seconded by <br />Councilman Thurma~.to deny the request for additional driveway.
