Following the Pledge of Allegianc~ to,se Flag, the Invocation <br />was delivered by Captain Tcm Cisar of The Salvation Army. <br /> <br />Mayor McMichael and Vice Mayor Herrin disqualified themselves on the next <br />item of business, and Mayor McMichael appointed Councilman Brooks as Chairman <br />in their absence.
