Ten copies of a draft and final ORIS. <br /> <br />Final Relocation Impact Study <br /> <br />A Final Relocation Impact Study (FRIS) will be prepared following circulation of the <br />Draft EIRlEA and after a Preferred Alternative has been selected. A more detailed <br />analysis will be conducted for the Preferred Alternative which identifies specific <br />displacements, describes in detail the number and type of business relocation <br />resources available, and identifies and resolves relocation problems. A business <br />survey will not be conducted for the FRIS. <br /> <br />. Cities will purchase right-of-way and provide relocation assistance in accordance with <br />Caltrans guidelines and policies. The FRIS will be prepared according to Caltrans <br />Division of Right-of-Way Procedural Handbook, Chapter 602. <br /> <br />Products: <br />. Ten copies of a draft and final FRIS <br /> <br />Phase I Initial Site Assessment for Hazardous Materials and Waste <br /> <br />Puroose: To identify existing hazardous materials and waste sites, and to identify <br />impacts of the proposed project alternatives. <br /> <br />Methodoloav: <br />The Initial Site Assessment (ISA) will be conducted to meet California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Caltrans' <br />requirements for the Alton Avenue Overcrossing project. The prqject includes the Lane <br />Channel Desi~ Variations which substantially add to the proiect foowrint and number of <br />potential ¡'o7"rtlnns materials and waste sites to be evaluated. The ISA will consist of six <br />tasks, including: <br /> <br />1, Database search of known contaminant situations and sites known to use <br />hazardous materials. (8SA'1 3letset) (To be conducted for the two additional Lane Channel <br />Desi~ Variations). <br />2. Historical background of the area to identify potential contaminant sources that may <br />have been present. <br />3. Interviews with regulators will be performed to obtain information on specific sites or <br />contaminant occurrences. <br />4. Evaluating the environmental setting will be completed to identify potential <br />contaminant migration and exposure pathways. <br />5, Site specific information will be gathered for selected properties to obtain <br />information on site conditions.
