A~E~T APPLICATION 626 Hearing was opened on Amendment Application <br /> 6R6. filed by Santiago Development Ccmpany, <br /> proposing amendment of Sectional District <br />Map 36-5-10 to reclassify property on the south side of Talbert between Main and <br />Flower from the R 1 to R 1 - PD District. <br /> <br />Russell Mac Quiddy, Santiago Development Company, displayed a model of the Plamued <br />Development Homes. The Flamuing Director explained Planned Develol~aent zon~ to <br />the Council, that the lots are smaller than 6000 square feet, and that ~he difference <br />goes into a public pare area. The hearing was closed. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Nerrin, seconded by Councilman Griset, to approve the <br />application and the City Attorney was instructed to prepare an ordinance to reclassify <br />the property according to ~hibit A. The motion was adopted on roll call vote: <br /> <br /> AYF~: Nerrin, Brooks, Carlson, Griset, Thurman, McMichael <br /> NOES:, Marks 1 <br /> AB~r: None <br /> <br />APPEAL 210 - CUP 6~-10 Hearing was opened on the appeal filed <br />~A~TIAGO Dm¥..'hOPM~ CO. by Wyunewood Homeowners' Association frcm <br /> Planning C~ission's approval of <br />Conditional Use Per,it 68-10 to Santiago Development Company to construct a <br />single family residential "Planned Development" in R 1 - PD District. <br /> <br />Spea~g in opposition to granting of the Conditional Use Permit were Nlchael <br />Huntley, ~10 S. Alder, representing Wynuewood Home Owners' Association; Jim Muth; <br />Manuel Peneda, ~25 Alder Street. The hearing was closed. <br /> <br />It was moved by Council~n Brooks, seconded by Councilman Herrin, to uphold the <br />action of the Plan~ug Cc~ission and instruct the City Attorney to prepare a <br />resolution granting CUP 68-10 subject to conditions in Fin~ing of Fact dated June 10, <br />1968.
