A~E~T APPLICATION 626 Hearing was opened on Amendment Application <br /> 6R6. filed by Santiago Development Ccmpany, <br /> proposing amendment of Sectional District <br />Map 36-5-10 to reclassify property on the south side of Talbert between Main and <br />Flower from the R 1 to R 1 - PD District. <br /> <br />Russell Mac Quiddy, Santiago Development Company, displayed a model of the Plamued <br />Development Homes. The Flamuing Director explained Planned Develol~aent zon~ to <br />the Council, that the lots are smaller than 6000 square feet, and that ~he difference <br />goes into a public pare area. The hearing was closed. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Nerrin, seconded by Councilman Griset, to approve the <br />application and the City Attorney was instructed to prepare an ordinance to reclassify <br />the property according to ~hibit A.
