Mrs. Evelyn Wiley, owner <br />of property on the southeast corner of Kent and Harbor protested being assessed <br />for weed abatement costs by the City, since she would prefer to have the work <br />done herself. The hearing was closed. <br /> <br />After some discussion by Council, it was moved by Councilman Brooks, seconded <br />by Councilman Griset, to adopt RESOLUTION 68-110 OVEP~ULING OBJECTIONS TO <br />REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDr~T, APPROVING P~EPORT, AND O~DERING A COPY T~,:~EOF <br />FI~.~ WITH THE TAX COrruPTOR. <br /> <br />The resolution was adopted on roll call vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Herrin, Brooks, Carlson, Griset, M~rkel, Thurman, McMichael <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />AMENDMENT APPLICATION 628 c~ *~ Hearing was opened on Amendment Application <br /> 628, filed by C.
