VA 67-119 The request by Christeson Development Co. for <br />TIME EXTENSION a 90 day extension of time on VA 67-119 to <br /> construct single family dwellings with less than <br />required street side yards in the R 1 District (2nd request) was approved, on motion <br />of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Griset and carried. <br /> <br />VA 2095 The request by Suburbia, Inc. for a 90 day <br />TIME EXTENSION extension of time on VA 2095 to construct 24 <br /> unit apartment building in the R 2 B District <br />with less than required parking at 806-14 S. Cypress (7th request) was approved, <br />on motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Griset, on roll call vote:~ ] <br /> <br /> ~E~:: ~nr~in, Brooks, Carlson, Griset, Markel, Thurman, McMichael I <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Councilman Markel suggested a policy to limit the number of such requests. <br /> <br />REIMBURSEMENTS <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Griset, seconded by <br />Councilman Herrin and carried, the following <br />reimbursements were approved: <br /> <br />To Steven Turville $2, 749.17 for improvements on southwest corner of <br />17th St. and English St.; <br /> <br />To Security Fore Corp., $2,567.20 for off-site construction of a City <br />Master Plan 8" sewer in Glasse11 St. at Grovemont St. <br /> <br />NEIGHBORHOOD YOUTH CORPS On motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by <br /> Councilman Brooks and carried, the Mayor was <br /> authorized to execute the Letter of Intent to act <br />as training agency for Neighborhood Youth Corps. <br /> <br />SOLICITATION APPLICATIONS On motion of Councilman Carlson, seconded by <br /> Councilman Griset and carried, Council <br /> approved the Solicitation Application of Salvation <br />Army, Christmas Kettle program, November 29 - December 24, 1968. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Brooks and carried, <br />Council approved the SoLicitation Application of Seventh Day Adventistj Annual <br />Ingathering of Funds, November 20 - December 31, 1968. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT At 8:40 P.
