TRAFFIC . Report of control devices removed,, <br /> or installed ~arch 28. 1969. through <br /> April 11, 1969, was ordered filed, <br />on motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Market and carried. <br /> <br />CROSSING GUARDS eR ~ A letter dated April 13 from Gordon <br /> S. Douglas was referred to the Traffic <br /> Safety Committee for inclusion with the <br />material now under consideration relative to the preparation of a recommended <br />crossing guard program to the Council. <br /> <br />PARCEL MAP 576 e,e ~ Tentative Parcel Map 576, filed by <br /> Sakioka and Dunn Industrial Properties, <br /> creating four (4) MI parcels, located <br />generally on the west side of Grand Avenue between Warner Avenue and Dyer <br />Road, was approved subject to conditions in Planning Director's report <br />dated April 15, 1969, and alley requirement was waived, on motion of <br />Councilman Brooks, seconded by Councilman Herrin and carried. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 6875 Tentative Tract No. 6875, filed by <br /> Ward and Harrington Lumber Company, <br /> creating one hundred (100) NI 1 and C 2 <br />lots, located generally on the south side of Bolsa Avenue~ west of Harbor <br />Boulevard, was approved, subject to conditions in Planning Director's <br />report dated April 16, 1969, and alley requirement was wai'ved, on motion <br />of Councilman Brooks, seconded by Councilman Herrin and carried. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 6892 Tentative Tract No. 6892, filed by <br /> c~ ~ Greer-Wood Enterprises. creating <br /> ninety-three (93) A 1 and R 1 lots. <br />located generally on the southwest corner of Flower Street and West Orange <br />Road, was approved, subject to' conditions in Planning Director's report <br />dated April 14, 1969, and an additional condition that Towner Circle be <br />redesigned for Planning Department approval, and further that if the two <br />parties (Greer-Wood Enterprises and the United Methodist Church) cannot <br />agree, the matter shall be returned to the Council for decision, and the <br />alley requirement was waived, on motion of Councilman Brooks. seconded <br />by Councilman Villa and carried. <br /> <br />RES. 69-61 - CIVIL DEFENSE RESOLUTION 69-61 JOINING ORANGE <br />DISASTER RELIEF PLAN COUNTY CIVIL DEFENSE DISASTER <br /> RELIEF PLAN was unanimously <br />adopted on motion of Councilman Brooks, seconded by Councilman Patterson. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />185 <br /> <br />April 21, ~969 <br /> <br />I i <br /> <br /> <br />
