<br />3.14 <br /> <br />Spec #03- 027 <br /> <br />Instructions to Proposers: Proposer shall submit one (I) original and two (2) copies of <br />their proposal. All primary proposals shall be submitted in one, three ring binder. <br />Information not specific to the performance of this agreement should be omitted. Within <br />the sealed proposal the Proposer shall submit, under separate, sealed cover, information <br />regarding cost and expenses. Only those Proposers able to meet the operational <br />requirements will have their cost proposal opened and considered. <br /> <br />Proposals shall clearly indicate the legal name, address and telephone number of the <br />Proposer. Proposals shall be signed above the typed or printed name and title of the <br />signatory. The signatory shall have the authority to bind the Proposer to the submitted <br />proposal. <br /> <br />Proposers are to submit, as part of their proposal, any changes or modifications to the <br />terms and conditions they may wish the City to consider. Proposers are encouraged to <br />offer any other options, with the understanding that their proposal shall first address the <br />RFP requirements. Options are to be identified as such. <br /> <br />The data submitted shall be presented in the same order as this RFP. A table of contents <br />shall be included indicating page numbers, attachments and appendices. All proposals <br />shall be typewritten. All supporting documentation shall be pertinent and clearly <br />identified as to the section ofthe RFP to which it specifically refers. <br /> <br />All proposals shall contain all information requested in this RFP, plus the following <br />items: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Proposer shall submit a declaration of their ability to perforn1 the <br />requested and meet the qualifications, terms and conditions outlined. <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Proposer shall submit qualifications as to the strength and stability of their firm. <br />(see Exhibit A) <br /> <br />Page 9 of 49 <br />
