<br />3.15 <br /> <br />3.16 <br /> <br />3.17 <br /> <br />Spec #03- 027 <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Proposer shall describe their janitorial cleaning experience in providing similar <br /> <br />services to other government and law enforcement facilities/grounds and provide <br /> <br />reference contacts and phone numbers for these locations. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Proposer shall submit a one page resume for the Agreement Administrator and the <br />on-site Supervisor they propose to utilize under this agreement, with details listing <br />their experience and education regarding supervision and training of janitorial <br />personnel, quality control of effective cleaning methods and use of chemical <br /> <br />products. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Proposer shall submit specification information (quantity, make, model, and <br />motor type) for each different piece of motorized cleaning equipment they will be <br />furnishing. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Proposer shall submit a specification listing of all cleaning chemicals and supplies <br /> <br />they will be furnishing, including <br />information for each product. <br /> <br />Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) <br /> <br />Proposal <br /> <br />Opening and Validation: Proposals shall be opened and examined for the <br />of the required information outlined in this RFP. Absence of required <br /> <br />presence <br /> <br />information may render the proposal non-responsive and may be cause for rejection. <br /> <br />Bonds: Prior to executing an agreement with the selected Proposer, the City shall require <br />the Proposer to submit performance and payment bonds in amounts equal to the <br />Proposers annual charge for services. Cash deposit, certified check, cashier's check or <br /> <br />money order may be submitted in lieu of a bond. <br />(20) days of notification of award. <br /> <br />Bonds shall be submitted within twenty <br /> <br />Evaluation Procedure: An evaluation team composed ofrepresentatives of the City shall <br />evaluate proposals on a variety of quantitative and qualitative criteria.
