<br />Spec #03- 027 <br /> <br />become lost, missing or stolen shall be immediately reported to the Police Property & <br />Facilities Manager by the Proposer's employees. <br /> <br />The Proposer shall reimburse the Police Department for direct and indirect costs <br />associated with re-keying any buildings or portions of buildings when the Police <br />Department determines that a breach of security is a result of lost, misplaced, or stolen <br />keys issued to the Proposer's employees. <br /> <br />5.0 <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES, EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES <br /> <br />5.1 <br /> <br />Equipment & Supplies Furnished bv Proposer: The Proposer shall provide all cleaning <br />appliances, tools, (i.e.; vacuums, mops, janitor carts, floor polishers, ladders, signs, etc.) <br />and all cleaning chemicals, urinal screens and cakes, rags, sponges, vacuurn bags, trash <br />can liners, soap-dispensed cleaners, sanitary napkins, tampons. miscellaneous supplies, <br /> <br />etc. <br /> <br />Trash can liners shall be black or clear in color. To insure proper strength to avoid leaks <br />and spills, liners shall be a minimum of 1.0 mil thick for 39 gallon or less receptacles and <br />a minimum of 1.25 mil thick for liners 40 gallons or more. <br /> <br />Carpet warranty specifications mandate the following minimum vacuum and carpet <br />extractor equipment specifications: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Vacuum: A dual two (2) motor vacuum with an internal filtering system for <br />cleaner air discharge (3 microns), equipped with a 3500-RPM chevron brush with <br />pile height adjustment brush wear adjustment, and top loading bag. No single <br />motor, cloth bag vacuums or backpack vacuums shall be used. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Carpet Extractor: A self-contained hot water extractor shall be used for any <br />carpet cleaning, which has a minimum of 100 psi water pressure through the <br /> <br />Page 16 of 49 <br />
