Von's, 1800 North Grand, New Off Sale General; <br />Richard Enterprises, Inc., 3610 - B West Bolsa, New On <br />Sale Beer. <br /> <br />VARIANCE AND CONDITIONAL It was moved by Councilman Thurman, <br />USE PERMIT seconded by Councilman Patterson <br /> and unauimouSly carried, to adopt <br />the findings of fact, conclusions and decisions of the Planning Commission <br />or Zoning Adm/nistrator in the following matters as actions of the City <br />Councih <br /> <br />VA 69-36, FEUEHMAN - Utilize 3 existing dwellings in the R 2 <br />D/strict for the care of ambulatory adults at 2533-2537 Orange <br />Avenue - APPHOVED; <br />VA 69-37, MOHSE - Utilize an existing bnilding for automobile <br />repair garage in the C 1 District at 1102 West First - APPBOVED; <br />VA 69-43, WARD INVESTMENT COMPANY - Construct a 112 <br />unit garden apartment complex in the C 4 District at 2701 West <br />McFadden - APPROVED; <br />CUP 89-8, DEVINE - ConstruCt a two-story office building in <br />M 1 District at 1420 East Edinger - APPBOVED; <br />CUP 69-7, GENERAL REST HOME CORPORATION - Construct <br />a rest home in the R 3 D/strict at 2021 - 2029 North Bush - <br />APPROVED. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman He.rrin, seconded by Councilman Brooks and <br />carried to adopt the findings of fact, conclusion and decision of the <br />Planuing Commission or Zoning Administrator in the following matter as <br />an action of the City Council: <br /> <br />VA 69-41, ORANGE COUNTY LUMBEB COMPANY - Waive <br />fence requirement of open storage abutting a public street <br />in the M 2 District at 720 East Fruit - APPROVED. <br /> <br />Councilmgn Patterson voted"No". <br /> <br />Due to a conflict of interest on the next item, Mayor Griset left the <br />Council Chamber. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Patterson, seconded by Councilman Villa <br />and unanimously carried, to adopt the findings of fact, conclusion and <br />decision Of the Planning Commission or Zoning Administrator in the <br />following matter as an action of the City Councih <br /> <br />VA 69-38, GHISET - ConStruct a two-story apartment complex <br />within 150 feet of R 1 property in the R 4 District at I000 <br />West MacArthur - APPBOVED. <br /> <br />Mayor Griset returned to the COUncil table. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />-264- July 7, 1969 <br /> <br /> <br />
