Section 3: That Section 7.5 of Resolution No. 91-066 as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by adding the following subsection: <br /> <br /> "G. Notwithstanding the above, for the period January 1, 2003 through <br />June 30, 2006, inclusive, the City Manager is authorized to grant to the Chief of Police <br />performance-based salary adjustments pursuant to the guidelines set forth in this <br />Section on a semi-annual basis. The maximum allowable salary adjustment per each <br />semi-annual performance evaluation shall be seven and one-half percent (7.5%) of <br />annual salary." <br /> <br /> Section 4: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolution No. 91-066, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> Section 5: That except as stated otherwise above, this Resolution shall be <br />operative from and after December 15, 2003. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 2003. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Joseph W.
