lime manager of these youth in order to assure their safety, proper work habits <br />and regular supervision. The Club employs 10 additional high school students <br />on a year -round basis to assist with programs. <br />In addition, Boys & Girls Clubs of America provides our staff with regional and <br />national training and program curriculum development. Finally, program staff <br />will administer customer surveys in order to assess levels of participant <br />satisfaction and knowledge. <br />Program Description (please see attachment B for brief description) <br />Describe the overall services that will be made available to the WIA <br />participant? <br />In addition to the Career Prep program, WIA participants will have the <br />opportunity to engage in all other age appropriate services offered at the Club. <br />Participants will be made aware of employment and educational services <br />available at the Santa Ana W /O /R /K Center and other WA providers. <br />Illustrate how the organization will interface with the Santa Ana W /O /R/K <br />Center and how the participant flow will occur and how parent involvement <br />will be incorporated. <br />The Boys and Girls Club of Santa Ana will continue its collaborative relationship <br />with the Santa Ana W /O /R /K Center. After Santa Ana W /O /R /K Center staff has <br />approved participant eligibility, the Career Prep staff will begin providing services <br />to that youth. Within the second week of services, participants will be <br />transported to the Santa Ana W /0 /R /K Center to receive a facility tour and to be <br />introduced to the W /O /R/K Center Case Manager assigned to them.
