M., for west side of Sycamore only. <br /> <br />Explorer Scouts, Post 550, Garden Grove, requesting waiver of <br />license fees to paint house numbers on curbs. <br /> <br />SOLICITATION On motion of Councilman Herrin, <br />APPLICATION seconded by Councilrn~n Evans and <br /> unanimously carried, Council approved <br />the Solicitation Application of Camp Fire Girls, Annual Nut Sale, January 15, <br />through February 2, 1970. <br /> <br />WATER WELL The application of Ge0r~e Na~amat$~ <br /> for permit to drill one water <br /> well for agricultural purposes a~ <br />4920 West First Street was approved on condition that the well be drilled more <br />than 60 feet from the center line of First Street, on motion of Councilman <br />Herrin, seconded by Councilman Evans and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />HELIOTROPE CUL DE SAC Council considered the report from <br /> Staff requesting Council approval of <br /> plans for construction of I-I~liotrope <br />cul de sac.
