RIGHT OF WAY The City Council authorized execution <br />CERTIFICATION of Right of Way Certification for <br /> Agreement with County of Orange in <br />regard to Arterial Highway Finance Program 528° Warner Avenue Bridge <br />Approach at Santa Aha River, on motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by <br />Councilman Evans and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />AUDITOR'S REPORTS Auditor's Reports of all accounts <br /> (except Water Utility) and Water <br /> Utility Funds for the period ending <br />June 30, 1969 were ordered filed, on motion of Councilman Herrin0 seconded <br />by Councilman Markel and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />HARBOR DISTRICT The Council considered a letter <br /> dated October 8, 1969, from Jack <br /> Green, President of the Orange <br />County League of Cities regarding dissolution of the Orange County Harbor <br />District. <br /> <br />After considerable discussion On motion of Councilman Brooks, seconded by <br />Councilman Villa and unanimously carried, the letter was received and filed <br />pending the outcome of the Orange County Board of Supervisors' public <br />hearing on the matter which is scheduled for November 5, 1969. <br /> <br />AGENDA ORDER On motion of Councilman Markel, <br /> seconded by Councilman Villa and <br /> unanimously carried, Agenda Item <br />35, regarding Bowers Museum, was set over to the evening meeting. <br /> <br />NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES On motion of Councilman Brooks, <br />MEETING seconded by Councilman Herrin and <br /> unanimously carried, Mayor Griset <br />was designated as the voting delegate and Councilman Villa was designated as <br />the alternate voting delegate at the Annual Meeting of the National League of <br />Cities to be held in San Diego, December 1 through December 5, 1969. <br /> <br />Councilman Patterson arrived at the Council meeting at 4:55 P. M. <br /> <br />RES. 69-161 -ORANGE COUNTY RESOLUTION 69-161 DESIGNATING <br />ECONOMIC OUTLOOK DAY NOVEMBER 13, 1969, "ORANGE <br /> COUNTY ECONOMIC OUTLOOK <br />DAY" was adopted, on motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Council- <br />man Evans and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL 361- October 20, 1969 <br /> <br /> <br />
