DEEDS, NO CASH - On motion of Councilman Patterson, <br />GRANTOI{ - CITY seconded by Councilman Herrin <br /> and unanimously carried, Mayor <br />and Clerk were authorized to execute deed to Southern California Edison <br />Company for electrical easement, north of Keller, east of Woodland. <br /> <br />DEEDS, NO CASH - Report of No Cash Deeds accepted <br />GRANTEE - CITY by the City Manager, pursuant to <br /> Resolution No. 69-156, from <br />October 15, 1969 through October 28, 1969, was ordered filed, on motion <br />of Councilman Patterson, seconded by Councilman Herrin and unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />DEEDS WITH CASH - On motion of Councilman Patterson, <br />GRANTEE - CITY seconded by Councilman Evans and <br /> carried, with Councilman Markel <br />voting "No", the following Cash Deeds were approved and execution of <br />escrows by the Mayor authorized: <br /> <br />Glasgow; north side of First, west side of Van Ness; street purposes; <br /> <br />Neiderhiser; north side of First, east side of Shelton; street purposes; <br /> <br />Edwards; north side of First, west side of Flower; street purposes. <br /> <br />RECESS At 5:35 P.M., the meeting was re- <br /> cessed to 7:30 P.M., at which time <br /> it was reconvened with all Council <br />members present. Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the <br />Invocation was delivered by the Reverend Gerald A. Aulis, Sr. of the <br />First Advent Christian Church of Tustin. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING Hearing was opened on Amendment <br />AMENDMENT APPLICATION 649 Application 649, filed by John and <br />ROHRS Vera B. Rohrs, proposing amend- <br /> ment of Sectional District Map <br />5-5-9, to prezone property on the southwest corner of Fairhaven and <br />Tustin from the A 1 District to the R 4 District. Edwin M. Vail, Jr., <br />attorney representing the applicant, spoke in favor of the amendment <br />application. No one spoke in opposition.
