<br />A - ~ooo -/3/p.-C <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.3 TO COOPERATIVE <br />PROJECTS PROGRAM CONTRACT NO. 0016 <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT NO.3 to COOPERATIVE PROJECTS PROGRAM <br /> <br />CONTRACT NO. 0016, is made and entered into, to be effective this ¿day of <br /> <br />¥ <br /> <br />, 2003, by and between: <br /> <br />ORANGE COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT, <br />hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT"; <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />hereinafter referred to as "AGENCY", <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 6, 2000, DISTRICT entered into a Cooperative <br /> <br />Projects Program Contract ("Original Contract") with AGENCY, in connection with <br /> <br />DISTRICT's Cooperative Project Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 30, 2002, DISTRICT and AGENCY executed <br /> <br />Amendment No, 1 to Cooperative Projects Program Contract, for purposes of <br /> <br />extending the completion date in the Original Contract an additional six (6) <br /> <br />months, up to and including August 20, 2002; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 29, 2002, DISTRICT and AGENCY executed <br /> <br />Amendment No.2 to Cooperative Projects Program Contract, for purposes of <br /> <br />extending the completion date in the Original Contract an additional ten (10) <br /> <br />months, up to and including June 30, 2003; and <br />
